Blaze..............my beautiful big Mumma. Blaze is a stunning big red
girl who I am forever admiring. She is a deep red colour with lovely
front and rear angulation, great topline and beautiful cat like feet
with black nails. Her temperament is outgoing and friendly.
Blaze was only shown sparingly when she was young but still gained some
huge achievements to her credit. Now she is older and finished maturing
she gets shown on a regular basis and has won 2 Best Exhibit In Shows,
3 Runner Up Best Exhibit In Shows, and in 2009 won the prestigious award
of being 'Bullmastiff Of The Year'.
We would like to sincerely thank Sylvia Shaw (Boadicea Bullmastiffs) for
entrusting us with her beloved Edward (Ch Boadicea Iron Duke) and to
Jessamy Morrissey for her help along the way with this mating. Having
Blaze in our kennels is a real privilege.
Blaze whelped her first litter of pups on the 19th March '08. She had 5
boys and 5 girls sired by our own boy CH Nightquest Tobin Bronze.
It was a long awaited mating and our first Nightquest X Nightquest
litter. From this litter we kept two girls and 1 boy. One of her
daughters
CH
Nightquest Belle
Du Jour won a BEST EXHIBIT IN SHOW at only 18 months of age and
in 2009 won Best Junior Bullmastiff Of The Year. Her other daughter
CH Nightquest Century Miss
is always highly competitive and has won numerous class in show awards
in Victoria and interstate. Her son
CH Nightquest Rory's
Jester started his career off with a bang
winning BABY PUPPY IN SHOW at QLD's Bullmastiff National under a breed
specialist. He then continued his success winning class in show awards
in 3 states of Australia. He was titled and is now only shown a couple
of times a year at the major shows due to an injury.
The other 2 pups sold on main register from this litter were CH
Nightquest Miss Finland and Nightquest Sir Dapper who is half way to
achieving his Championship title with only limited showing.

CRITIQUES
Opposite Baby Puppy In Show - Bullmastiff Club Of Victoria Championship
Show 2006 Judge - Breed Specialist Mr. Andrew Burt. Critique - '51/2 month old baby bitch with reasonable balance. Might be
slightly longer than I like, time will tell. Adequate headpiece.
Reasonable breadth of skull. Good stop. Muzzle could be broader. Good
dark eye. Just undershot. I would prefer a broader bottom jaw. Nice
width of chest. Well angulated in front. Well boned, good feet, dark
nails. Adequate spring of rib. A little long in loin. Excellent topline
on the stack. Well angulated behind. Nice set on of tail. Excellent red colouring with small amount of smut on chest. Excellent movement out and
back. Side gait has an excellent flow with excellent reach and drive.
Time will tell with head, but this bitch has won on her construction and
movement.' GRADED - EXCELLENT POTENTIAL
2/11 Baby Puppy Bitch - Bullmastiff Club Of NSW 16/9/06 Judge - Breed Specialist Mr. Barry Marion (Treebrook Bullmastiffs) 'Another promising red baby girl, square head with good pigment, good
boning. A slightly softer topline than the first . All 3 pups were of
good breed type.'
